This Privacy Policy shall apply to the applications published in the Apple App Store by us and that are accessible from mobile devices and personal computers (the "App").

Regarding the Services: ("we", "us" or "our") is the Data Controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process and use ("Use") personal data in connection with the Services.

Face Data We Collect
We analyze your photos to find the feature points of the faces in the photos (e.g. eyes, nose, mouth points) for face processing. We do not collect or store facial data. After the analysis process, all data will be deleted and no data will be saved.
Purpose and Process of Collecting Face Data
In order to provide the "face swap" effect, we need to identify feature points such as eyes, nose, and mouth.
- You submit the selected photo to our server in an encrypted way.
- The server analyzes the face data and applies it to the selected template.
- The final rendered result is returned to you through the App.
- The final composite image is temporarily stored in encrypted storage and permanently deleted after a certain period of time.
After the compositing process is complete, the original face image you submitted is deleted immediately.
Face Data Sharing and Storage
All data processing, including AI-based image analysis and face swap effects, is performed exclusively on our own proprietary, self-hosted servers. We do not transmit, share, or sell any user data, prompts, or facial feature points to third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI, Google, or others).
2.1 General Use Without Personal Data
In general, you can use the Services without providing personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, or financial information (collectively referred to as "Personal Data").
- Website: IP address, date and time of request, browser type, operating system, language, and browser version.
- App: IP address, usage periods, device type (e.g. iPhone, iPad), and in-app events recorded via Amplitude analytics.
- Free Trials: Email address when required to activate a free trial.
- Fax Services: Fax number and document content, deleted after 30 days.
- Support Communication: Emails, attachments, and information voluntarily shared for troubleshooting.
- Email Tracking: Tracking pixels in emails sent via third-party services (e.g. Mailgun) to measure delivery and open rates.
The legal basis for processing data under sections 2.1.1 to 2.1.6 is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest), such as ensuring service functionality and improving the App.
2.2 Consent-Based Processing
With your prior consent, we may use Personal Data for additional purposes where necessary. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent).
2.3 Legal Obligations
We may disclose Personal Data to third parties if required by law or by official request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR (legal obligation).
3. Subscriptions
3.1 Subscription Information
- 12-month subscription plans are available.
- Subscriptions with a free trial automatically renew to paid subscriptions.
- Unused free trial periods are forfeited upon purchasing a premium subscription.
- You can cancel anytime through your iTunes account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
- After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
3.2 Additional Subscription Details
- Payment is charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off 24 hours prior to expiration.
- Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions can be managed in your account settings.
